At LASS, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All our products are ready stock and shipped from Shah Alam, Selangor.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your country. Please note that import duties or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping fees:

West Malaysia: RM10

East Malaysia: RM20

Singapore: RM27
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us to arrange a custom shipping option.
Shipping Timeframe
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 working days.
Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia: 2–4 working days

East Malaysia & Singapore: 3–7 working days
During peak seasons or public holidays, slight delays may occur. If you do not receive your parcel within 7–14 days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real time.
