At LASS, your satisfaction matters to us. We want every order to reach you in perfect condition — and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellations
We ship all orders on the next business day after payment is verified. If you change your mind, please contact our customer service immediately. Cancellations can only be made before your order is packed or shipped. Once dispatched, it will follow our return and refund process.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your LASS purchase, we’re happy to assist. Items purchased through our official store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- No stains, damage, or scratches
- Original packaging, product catalogue, and instruction manual must be included
- Returns must be pre-approved by our team
❗ Please note: Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return, unless stated otherwise.
Wrong or Damaged Items
We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong or a damaged item. While we take great care in packing, delivery mishaps can occur.
Please contact us right away with your order number and clear photos of the item(s). Our customer service team will respond promptly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order or if your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be arranged. Please allow 3–14 working days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds are made through your original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or provider.
