When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship your order within 2-3 business day after your payment is confirmed. During peak periods or special promotions, please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on the way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
- Singapore & International: 5–14 business days depending on customs and courier service

Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your country. Please note that import duties or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us to arrange a custom shipping option.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible, products must be free of stains, damage, scratches, and include all manuals or catalogs
How can I request a return or exchange?
We’re sorry that you didn’t love your LASS products. Kindly speak to us as we’d love to hear your feedback and come up with the best solution to assist you. It’s also good to know that all items purchased online can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Kindly make sure all returning items are no stain,no damage,no scratches,all original packaging and product catalogue,instruction manual,etc. is available and in very good condition. Discounted items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

Can I cancel an order?
We fulfil your order the soonest and usually within the same day. If you have a change of mind and would like to cancel your order, do get in touch with our friendly customer service for assistance.
How do you pack my order?
All products are packed in paper boxes or woven bag, If you have any special packing instructions, for example to include a personalized love note, kindly key in your request when placing your order.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–14 business days
How do I apply for the 1-to-1 Product Exchange? (PINK SERIES ONLY)
To ensure fair assessment, customers are required to follow the steps below:
- Use the product according to the official usage instructions.
- During the usage period, please take clear photos on Day 7, Day 14, Day 21 and Day 28 as progress documentation.
- If you have completed one full tube and do not experience the expected results, please contact our customer service team.
- Submit the required photos (Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, Day 28) along with your order details for review. Once verified and approved, a 1-to-1 product exchange will be arranged.
